What you should do if you want to visit Your Mortgage Expert
A remote mortgage advice service continues to be the safest way for us to work with you. Our entire service can be provided over the phone, via email or video call. So, if you are happy to deal with us from the comfort of your home then we would recommend this in the first instance.
We recognise that some clients would prefer to deal with us in person. As a Covid Secure workplace, we have put in place procedures to ensure our staff and clients are safe should you choose to visit Your Mortgage Expert.
To visit Your Mortgage Expert, please read the following:
- Visits are by appointment only. Please ring prior to visiting us in order to set up an appointment
- Our front door will remain locked to protect our customers.
- Please do not visit us if you have any Covid-19 Symptoms
- We have a regular cleaning schedule for our office and all client facing areas will be cleaned prior to your visit.
- When you arrive, please ring from outside the office and your adviser will come down to direct you to our meeting room.
- Our meeting room has been adapted to make it more Covid secure. This includes a new sneeze screen which will be between you and your adviser, hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes.
- Upon entering our meeting room, we will ask you to apply hand sanitiser.
- Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a drink and you won’t be able to use our toilet facilities.
- We are not currently able to offer home visits.
