August Your Mortgage Expert News – Happy Anniversary Your Mortgage Expert
Our August Your Mortgage Expert News is that this month is our anniversary as we officially turn 7!
Having first opened our doors for business in August 2015, Your Mortgage Expert is delighted to celebrate seven years of helping the community with their mortgage and protection needs.
Adam Nanson, Managing Director comments on the Your Mortgage Expert Anniversary:
“I am incredibly proud of the successes we have had over the last seven years. Having originally set up the business from our home, before opening up our office on New Canal, Salisbury and taking on an experienced advice and admin team. We now have an eight-person strong team offering a valued and essential service via a strong and profitable business model.
“Added to this, I am also extremely proud of the number of customers who use us time and time again for their mortgages. Currently, about half (46%) of our customers are those who have used us before. This shows me that we are offering a value service to our customers because they choose to use again.
“We also have a huge number of recommendations. In fact, around 45% of our new business comes from a referral. I thinks this evidences that our customers and community have a huge amount of trust in our team of advisers. And believe they will offer their friends, family or clients a high quality service.
“Our business is also very highly rated. Having just checked our Google Reviews, we currently have 27 reviews which are the highest rating – five star. And we have 85 reviews of the highest rating of five star on VouchedFor. This is the UK’s leading review site for Financial Advisers, Mortgage Advisers, Solicitors and Accountants.
“One of our other greatest achievements is the strong network of businesses we have built up over the last seven years. I am proud to be part of the thriving Salisbury business community. As part of what we like to refer to as the “Salisbury Property Hub”, we have built up a strong, carefully selected network of local property partners who are business contacts that are renowned for their customer service.
“With uncertainty over the forthcoming year, we believe impartial, experienced mortgage advice is more important than ever. With the cost of living crisis meaning people’s budgets will be stretched. The threat of a recession on our doorstep and potential further base rate rises. It is essential that people get appropriate advice from experts before making important financial decisions.”
