Archive: Your Mortgage Expert celebrates first anniversary

On 28th August, Your Mortgage Expert will be proud to celebrate their first anniversary*. It’s been a big first year for the company – they’ve opened an office in the centre of Salisbury, employed a Mortgage Processor and taken on a second Mortgage Adviser. Added to that, they were listed as one of the top 250 Mortgage Advisers in the UK by VouchedFor and the Sunday Times.

Adam Nanson, Managing Director for Your Mortgage Expert comments:

“Since we opened our doors at the end of August last year, we’ve spoken to 350 people about their mortgage or protection needs. Nearly a quarter** of those have already completed on their mortgage or purchased an insurance product from us which is a statistic we are really proud to have achieved in under a year.

“We put our success down to the high level of customer service we offer our clients. Over half*** of all new business has come via referral which indicates to us that our clients and contacts recognise that we offer a really good service and would trust us enough to recommend us to friends, family and clients.

“As a company, we are always happy to welcome new referral partners. So if you are an Accountant, Solicitor or Estate Agent in Salisbury, we would be delighted to speak to you about helping our clients with their mortgage and protection needs.”

Here’s what a few of the Your Mortgage Expert clients have said about the service they have received over the last year:

Zoe, a First Time Buyer from Salisbury said: “I would highly recommend Adam for his helpful and hardworking attitude. In fact, both my mother and sister have now used his mortgage advice services and I intend to use him again this year when our fixed-term mortgage comes to an end.”

Janine, a Buy to Let client from Salisbury said: “Adam offered us a very good service which was completely hassle free for us. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future for all our financial needs and would recommend him to other Buy to Let investors.”

John, a remortgage client said: “Although the process took a long time due to the complexity of my personal situation and needing to get the correct documents, it ran smoothly right through to completion and has resulted in me getting exactly the new mortgage I wanted – the one everyone else told me would be impossible to find! I can honestly say there was nothing in the entire end to end process I would want doing differently if it were repeated.”

Adam Nanson continues:

“We have Facebook page and Twitter account where we try to post all our latest news. In fact, nearly 10%**** of new business over the year has come via social media! So why not like our page and say hello. We would love to hear from you.”

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE. SECURING SHORT TERM DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME COULD INCREASE THE TERM OVER WHICH THEY ARE PAID AND THEREFORE INCREASE THE OVERALL AMOUNT PAYABLE. YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY AN EARLY REPAYMENT CHARGE TO YOUR EXISTING LENDER IF YOU REMORTGAGE.

*28th August marks the date when TenetLime Ltd officially signed the company off as able to offer mortgage and protection advice to UK consumers.
