What you’ll need for your Remortgage Appointment with us
If your current mortgage deal is coming to an end, it’s time to book a remortgage appointment with us. Don’t worry, our aim is to make the appointment as quick, easy and stress free as possible.
This short video will let you know what you’ll need for a remortgage appointment with us. And, what documents you need to bring to the appointment.

Whether your meeting with us is face to face, via the telephone or through video call, you can expect the same friendly service from us.
It would be helpful for us if you could bring the following items to the meeting. These help us assess your ability to get a mortgage and help to ensure we give you the most accurate information based on your circumstances:
- A current form of identification – this can be a driver’s license or a passport
- Three months bank statement for you and your partner (if relevant)
- Three months payslips for you and your partner (if relevant) or if you are self employed your last three years of accounts
- Any details of mortgages, loans and credit card commitments
- Proof of address such as a utility bill dated in the last three months
